In the first funding phase, our group focused on the synthesis of pure and doped metal oxide nanoparticles driven via materials chemistry based bio-nano paradigms.

In the second funding period, IWT together with IPF studies metal-sulfide/plasmonic-nanoparticle conjugates for boosted photocatalytic performance.
